New Spring Treasury

U of O Street Fair May 4-7, 10am-5pm

I will have a booth in Eugene at the U of O street fair the first week in May. This will be my first time appearing at this venue. I recently received confirmation that I was accepted as a vendor. I would love to see some fellow crafters there. Is anyone else working this venue or have you before?

Unfortunately I had to withdraw from this event due to medical issues. I am hoping to do it next year.

Lebanon Flea Market

This Saturday, there will craft booths including myself and some jewelry makers at the Lebanon Tack Show and Flea Market. It is Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Santiam Place Wedding and Event Hall, 139 Main St, Lebanon, OR 97355. The show is open 9-4. Last weekend, several of the same vendors were there and most items are very reasonably priced. There may still be room for vendors and tables are only $10 for the day. Supporting Local Shops

We would like to know who else is out there. Leave a short description of yourself and your shop. Here is the chance to promote yourself and your shop to our blog followers. Maybe we can make a few sales or referrals within our own community. I love to shop locally and support our Willamette Valley Community. So, fellow etsians, start sharing and promoting.

I am a full time middle school teacher in Albany. I am extremely dedicated to my school and students,  my family (including our 15 year old son), and my hobby. I make paper craft items. My shop has everything from tags and embellishments to cards, invitations, and scrapbooks. I love making custom orders. I started out crafting for family, have expanded to friends locally and through facebook, and am now selling to other etsians.

The Willamette Valley Etsy Team is having its first Treasury Challenge! Team members have until midnight on Tuesday, March 1st, to create a treasury around a single inspiration item.

After the deadline, we will have voting here on the blog for the best treasury. The winner will receive an ad on the blog for an as yet unspecified amount of time, and they will be able to select the next inspiration item.
